Teens can sign up for 15 minute slots to try out the Oculus Rift at the North Shelby Library Teen Department.  After you register for the program, you will be sent a link to a Sign-Up Genius poll to choose your time slot. These emails will be sent out about once a week.

Rules:

  1. One time slot per person.
  2. 6th-12th graders only.
  3. Your time is your time -- showing up late to the appointment means a shorter amount of time on the Oculus.

I enjoyed "How To Look For A Lost Dog" by Ann M. Martin bacause every time I thought I knew where the book was going there was a massive twist plot. The book is about twelve year old Rose who has high functioning autism and lives with her father and her dog Rain. When her dad lets Rain outside during Hurricane Herman without a leash Rose and her uncle Weldon must look through every shelter within a sixty mile radious for her.

This CD was very good. I liked it. This is because it was inspirational and empowering. I only knew one song out of the twelve but it was still amazing. It was traditional gospel. I liked this CD very much.
